**, ***, **** Chonnam National University攀攀This case introduces the design process of multimedia contents for teaching "the Strategic Use of Information Technology". Based on Pedagogy, we propose a course design model for graduate students in industries with team teaching. Using this model, we develop 16 week teaching materials with moving pictures and build a web site for long distance learning. These multimedia materials have been successfully accessed by graduate students in LG companies in the last two semesters. During teaching the classes, we experienced several problems to be solved for better learning and proposed alternative methods. This case will contribute for professors in business schools on their preparation of multimedia materials for long distance learning, and their future attempt on developing a web site for graduate courses.
