Abstract

Today, Diversity management has been approached to business strategy for searching competitive advantage beyond complying legal regulation against discrimination. Integrated Inclusion has been defined and needs some strategic factors for executing through literature research as the first objective of this study. The other objective is to verify the strategic factors through a case enterprise and to derive theoretical proposition and implications in the processes of case study. There are 3 propositions for strategic factors of Integrated Inclusion. Firstly, enterprise should provide high diversity climate, considering multidimensional diversity levels. Secondly, enterprise should keep sustainable relationship with diverse customers and other stakeholders. Finally, global enterprise should aim for global diversity. This case study for strategic factors of Integrated Inclusion gives following implications; First, it provides a basis of general frame to establish and analyze the diversity strategy of enterprise. Next, it suggests an advanced enterprise strategy for Korean enterprise to reinforce competitive advantage.
