KOSVIDA AGROCHEMICAL Co., Ltd., established on November 1993, is the JV among VIPESCO(Vietnam), KOSCO(Korea) & DAEWOO Corp.(Korea). This is the first organic chemical plant that produces carbamate active ingredients to formulate various kinds of pesticides in Vietnam. In this case we will discuss the reason and process that KOSVIDA has expanded its plant scale and grown to worldwide producer of BPMC and Carbofuran products notwithstanding the governance structure change and hardship in management of KOSCO which has managed KOSVIDA.
