Abstract
Commerce 21 Corporation is the Japanese sales subsidiary of E-Net Corporation which has been the leader venture company in Korean B2C electronic commerce solution market. The company, which has been established at Tokyo in December 1999, has grown to the second largest company in Japanese B2C electronic commerce solution market on the base of good performances and price competitiveness. In this case we discuss why the company has enter in Japanese internet business market without enough international experiences and how the company has overcome those cost of foreignness. Which is the best way of the company to get a strong platform for sustainable growth in Japanese market?
