Abstract
Cosmax, the frontier of cosmetic ODM industry, which was started as a small business in 1992, has been number one in domestic and fifth in global. The success factors of Cosmax based on the business philosophy that represent honesty and differentiation and organization culture using speed and flexibility that focus on creation and innovation. With foundation of integrity, it takes a leap to be a beautiful company that never ceases to research. The chairman, Kyung-Soo Lee, made efforts to overcome the crisis through determination and insight that promote to growth. He has successfully carried out ambidextrous strategy that operate exploration even as exploitation. Strategically Cosmax has well adapted to the changing cosmetic industry timely for the situation. It would be a model case for other B2B company.
