Development of Franchise Education Program Through Semantic Network Analysis

Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to examine forward directions to develop franchise employee education programs. To find directions we carried out DGI(Dynamic Group Interview) twice with CEO(decision maker of employees’ education program participation) and employees(employees to be trained) and each 67 key words was extracted. Extracted key words were used semantic network analysis. After considering CEO and employees’ suggestions, we reached three forward directions to improve franchise education program, first, professional and specialization of education program, second, sharing and transfer internal knowhow, third, development field-oriented education program.
