Abstract

This case deals with the modulization strategy of Hyundai Mobis that it has implemented since 20 to become a first-ever manufacturer in Korea special izing in automotive parts. With the review of the characteristics of the automotive parts industry, we first examine why it was imperative for Hyundai Mobis to select the modulization as a new strategy for survival
