President Cathy Hong has founded CyberDisty Co., Ltd. on July 1999 with her experiences and knowledge which she has obtained during working about 15 years in Korean semiconductor distribution industry. The initial paid capital was 50 million Won. She has built the stock DB of semiconductor distribution channel and has begun the business of e-marketplace in Korean semiconductor distribution industry. Although those management resources and capital are in deficient very much, she has succeeded in establishing a profitable business model in a gradual manner with assistance of those supporting policy of government and active outsourcing strategy. On the base of e-marketplace business establishment, president Hong has diversified her business to ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) and webzine(online magazine) businesses specified for small and medium semiconductor distributors. In addition to these diversification, she attempts to establish overseas office in Asia.In this case we think and analyse those difficulties that a woman has experienced in founding a venture business, and find overcoming methods of those difficulties as follows;1) How has she obtained the necessary capital and management resources?2) How has she advertised the newly established company and obtained the customers?3) How has she got the competitive advantages?
